We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We charge Rs. 200 for all orders under 5 KG in weight. For orders that weigh more than 5 kg, the shipping cost increases with each additional KG.

Delivery is available all over Pakistan. However, if the delivery location is exceptionally inaccessible then delivery will not be possible. In this case, you will be notified within 48 hours of placing your order. 

Standard delivery time is between 3 to 6 working days after you place your order (excluding Sunday and public holidays). We will call you on the cell number you provide on the day of the delivery to confirm your availbility.
